My stay at the Kimpton Hotel Vintage Portland was truly enjoyable, highlighted by its prime downtown location and really good staff. While the room was spacious, I did find it a bit gloomy, resembling typical chain hotels. Overall, I left with plans to return on future visits!

Rooms

I stayed in a King Suite with a tub and walk-in shower. the room was spacious yet felt somewhat dark and standard in its furnishings. adequate for a quick stay, though I wished for more comfort in the bedding.
Service
10.0
The staff really stood out during my visit. especially Moises the valet, who took great care to ensure my girlfriend and I felt safe after a concerning incident outside. their attentiveness made a huge difference.
Location

The location is ideal for exploring downtown Portland. everything from shops to restaurants was within easy walking distance. getting around the city was incredibly convenient.
Dining

Dining at the Pazzo restaurant was okay, but I found the breakfast offerings to be underwhelming. lukewarm dishes and cold toast detracted from the experience despite the fine setting.
Facilities

The hotel offered nice common areas and amenities. but the gym was located in a dark basement and not very inviting for workouts. I appreciated the wine hour, which added a nice touch to the stay.

My stay at the Kimpton Hotel Vintage Portland was a mix of highs and lows. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. but the room I was given was a bit dated, lacking the luxury I expected. The location was perfect for exploring downtown, though street presence was a little unsettling at times. Overall, I appreciated the unique, artsy vibe of the hotel and enjoyed the complimentary wine hour.

The hotel's downtown location made it easy to explore. just a short walk from several attractions. Unfortunately, the surrounding area had a lot of street activity which could be off-putting at night.

I enjoyed my stay at Kimpton Hotel Vintage Portland overall, especially the prime location that made it easy to walk around and explore the city. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond, which created a warm atmosphere. However, my room had some issues with noise and comfort that left me a bit disappointed. I also noticed some amenities that weren't as readily available, like complimentary coffee in the morning. Still, I'd consider coming back to give it another shot!

My stay at Kimpton Hotel Vintage Portland was overall good, highlighted by the warm hospitality of the staff and the charming ambience of the hotel. I loved the complimentary wine hour that showcased local wines, and the delicious breakfast at Il Solito was a treat. However, I encountered a hiccup with the turn-down service when I needed extra bedding, which was not as responsive as I expected. Despite this, the hotel’s prime downtown location made it easy to explore all the best spots in Portland.
